The Wall Comes Down!
We handle everything from design to strike with our installations. The client asked how long their wall could be up before we could strike it. I always tell a client “However long you want it up for!” (Well, it also depends on how quickly we might need some of the frames for other jobs, but it’s winter and slow right now so this one got some extra time lol)
2 weeks later, I came back to take this big boy down.
I was greeted at the door by the birthday girl herself, Nancy. If you recall from our previous blogpost about this wall: we did not get a chance to meet her prior to this since it was a surprise installation. She was SO nice and nothing but complimentary about the wall. She said that she LOVED the palette we chose, and the balloon wall was “The best balloon wall she ever had” (Which made me almost cry) She said that they get balloons all the time, and that they won’t be calling anyone else but us for balloons again!
You’ll see the photo above of what it looked like when I got there. The client had taken down all of the foils and gave them to a friend (someone else was celebrating a birthday so they passed on the HBD)
I took down the NK and snapped this picture really quick before I started my strike.
I took it all down and was able to load everything up in about 30 minutes. You’ll see in the video below that everything is reusable for another event, and all of our balloons are biodegradable.
We do everything we can to create as little waste as possible!
Enjoy this sweet video with the Star Wars Cantina Lo-fi Song lol
