Choose how you want to bid farewell to your balloons when we return post-event to retrieve the backdrops: either we pop them or you take them home. If you choose the latter, simply inform us during teardown that you’d like to keep some balloons

Following a brief vehicle interview to determine the ideal garland size for your ride, your artist, with an innate ability to measure spatial relations effortlessly, will carefully remove a special balloon chunk from the frame. This process includes ensuring everything else, such as flowers, magnets, and lights, is neatly taken out. The result?

You'll have a fabulous balloon garland to proudly display at home. It can easily be attached to a banister, railing, or pillar and may last for months.

Circle Frame: 8ft x 8ft

Hexagon: 8ft x 8ft

Solid Panels: Each panel is 4ft wide, the smallest one is 3.5ft tall and the tallest one is 7.5ft tall. This is the tallest point on each panel

Wooden Tunnels: Each one is 4ft wide, our tallest one is 7ft and our shortest one is 5ft, each one has 6” depth

Wooden Arch: 4ft wide x 6ft tall

Wooden Rainbow: 4ft wide x 6ft tall

Square Frame: Our square frame can span 6ft-8ft wide and 6ft-10ft tall and requires a pocket of 4” should you want to create your own backdrop for it

Boxwood Hedge Wall: Each partition measures 4ft x 8ft, as a full wall it measures 8ft x 8ft

Pink Shimmer Wall: Each partition measures 3ft x 6ft, as a full wall it measures 6ft x 6ft

After we've packed up and if you're ready to party, we’d love to grab you to capture the official final test photo. Our aim is to show you the best spots to stand, ensuring you shine bright like a diamond in every shot.

Following that, we're happy to guide you (and anyone else in the vicinity) on your phone, providing assistance not only on where to stand but also on the optimal settings to use

We’ll go over anything else during this crash course like neon sign brightness or rope lights as well

Our goal is to ensure both the person and the backdrop look perfect in every photo

We aim to achieve a distinct style for our balloons with each installation, constantly challenging ourselves to surpass our own standards and elevate our creativity every time

Your balloon styling is influenced by several factors including the space allocation at the venue, the number and arrangement of the rented backdrops/props, any additional elements incorporated into the balloons (such as rope lights, theming, flowers, signs, etc.), and primarily the amount of organic garland you ordered

We usually walk in with a plan in mind and adjust if we need to on-site (see below)

We prefer that the backdrops be installed indoors but all of our backdrops can be both indoors or outdoors

For outdoor installations, we may charge 20% more for backdrop packages to cover additional rigging and safety measures

Absolutely not.

We put a lot of thought & energy into the placement of your backdrop (see the answer to the first faq) and our backdrops are not only heavy but also a significant financial investment for us. In the unfortunate event of any damage, the cost for you to replace them would be considerable.

You could either order multiple grab-n-go balloon garlands that you pick up from us at the Rockin’ Robot HQ and install the balloons onto your backdrops yourself

or if you don’t believe in your ability to execute a look similar to ours: you can book a custom installation for your date.
on the booking form let us know that you have your own frames/backdrops, send us photos & dimensions of them, and we’ll let send you some options for organic garalnd

We provide custom messages on our backdrops by reusing the same sign and changing the message with paint or vinyl. The sign is not for the client to keep

A client may request a custom sign, such as acrylic, neon, wooden, or painted. We can accommodate this if there is sufficient lead time for the event and sign production

We love seeing 3 solid panels + 1 wooden arch/tunnel/rainbow + one of the partitions (shimmer wall/boxwood hedge) —— similar to a set-up in the Rockin’ Vibes package —- it offers the most versatility!
