Balloon Arch FAQ:

  • A standard 10x10 arch is typically perfect for both outdoors and indoor venues with ceiling heights of 15ft+

    However if your ceiling is shorter, you have a width you’d like your arch to span, or something specific in mind for placement: we have math equations to help us figure out what size we should build for you

  • If you have a pattern that you love: we’ll use that pattern! Some of the patterns are trickier than others and may incur an additional fee

    If you don’t care: we select the pattern that feel will Rock the arch’s palette best (trust us! We're experts in creating bold, exceptional balloon arches in Detroit)

  • If you are allergic to latex or your venue does not allow any latex: we are happy to offer latex-free balloon arches. We have many latex-free balloon decor options to select from

  • Absolutely! We can customize an arch a lot of ways: we can create a double bubble (vinyl on a balloon), create coroplast signs/props and put them in the arch, hang any lightweight sign from an arch, etc

  • If you desire a backdrop behind a traditional, classic arch, or moongate, you can rent our square pipe & drape frame with black or white fabric, our textured boxwood hedge wall, or a shimmery sequin wall. We'll set it up centered behind your balloon arch or moongate.

    Please note that these options will only fit the 8x8 or 10x10 size arches. The additional cost to add one of these backdrops to your arch ranges from $150 to $650

    The classic arch has a structured pattern with balloons of the same size or tapering consistently, creating a formal look

    On the other hand, the organic arch mixes balloons of various sizes in a natural flow, adding whimsical charm and spontaneity to the design.

  • Organic arches can be modified with more balloons for a fluffier look, or trimmed down for cost-saving, depending on the desired aesthetic or budget - just let us know!

  • While balloon arches are undeniably cool, the balloon tunnel takes the experience to a whole new level

    Once you've walked through a balloon tunnel, there's no turning back!

    Anticipate your guests' gasps, oohs, and ahs as they repeatedly walk through the tunnel, capturing photos and videos from inside, outside, under, and beside this captivating creation

  • A classic balloon tunnel approximately 10’ wide x 10’ tall and approximately 6’ deep

  • We can extend the length of any balloon tunnel - they are completely customizable

    Balloon tunnels can be installed in one long line or installed to curve around a corner, just like a normal tunnel

half arch FAQ:

  • aka “Demi Arches” are Organic garlands installed on a free-standing frame without command hooks

    All of our demi arches can be modified to be fluffier, taller, wider, or created in another shape (like a tree!) other than a half arch to fit a space differently, depending on the desired aesthetic or budget

  • •Cost-Effective Teardown: Opt for a demi arch on a disposable frame to save on teardown costs. Ideal when no other rentals are involved

    •If you need your balloons installed on Bricks/Fieldstone: If you envision your half arch along bricks, fieldstone, vinyl siding, a fireplace, or typically along any outdoor building: a demi arch is usually the best solution

    •Venue Restrictions: For venues with fancy wooden walls, ceilings, and walls that prohibit using tape, adhesives, pins, string, and the like: a demi arch works perfectly

    •Coordinating with other Vendors: If you've hired us for balloons and another vendor for a backdrop & frame, consider a demi arch. Easy to install quickly, allowing the other vendor to place their backdrop behind our balloons

  • •If you want a backdrop: If you're looking for a backdrop with a half arch of balloons, explore our backdrop options.
